We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, business name, password) and data you input into the platform (inventory items, financial data, customer records). We also collect usage analytics to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide the CRUCiBLE Analytics service, including inventory management, analytics, and reporting. We use anonymized usage data to improve our platform. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (powered by PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We maintain SOC 2-compliant infrastructure practices.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services (Stripe, Square, Shopify, etc.) at your direction. We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics. We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered features.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting shawwe@alumni.vcu.edu. You may export your data in CSV format from the Reports section of your dashboard.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We use PostHog for anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
