1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CRUCiBLE Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CRUCiBLE Analytics is a business intelligence platform providing inventory management, analytics, operations management, and related tools for small and medium businesses.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per individual or business entity.

4. Subscription & Billing

Free tier accounts have no time limit. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Launch pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription. A 7-day grace period applies to failed payments before downgrade. You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into CRUCiBLE Analytics. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You may export your data at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Accounts used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity may be suspended without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

CRUCiBLE Analytics is provided “as is” without warranty. CRUCiBLE CAPiTAL SYSTEMS LLC is not liable for business decisions made based on data or analytics provided by the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
